Core Banking System Upgrade Letter to Our Customers

Dear Taylor Bank Customers, 

At Taylor Bank, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible banking experience every day. In fact, our mission is to deliver exceptional service that meets the financial needs of the communities we serve. To support this mission, we constantly evaluate our platforms and look for improved technologies to enhance our services. In line with this commitment, we are pleased to announce that we will be implementing a system upgrade to our technology platform that will enable us to make your banking experience even better!

This upgrade will begin on Thursday, November 7, 2024 through Monday, November 11, 2024. While our upgrade will mostly be happening behind the scenes, there will be times when it will affect some of the services you may use for a short period of time. See below a summary of what to expect, as well as a timeline surrounding these events. If systems become available earlier than scheduled, our website will be updated with that information. Statements
Two (2) statements will be generated in November. The first statement will be generated on November 7, 2024, and, if applicable, accrued interest will be paid. The second statement will be generated based on a predetermined schedule.

ATM Machines / Debit Cards
ATM machines will be available throughout the weekend upgrade. Debit card cardholders can withdraw cash and use their cards as usual, within the daily limit. There will be no changes to debit card numbers or PINs during this upgrade. No instant issue debit cards can be issued on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Digital Banking Services
  • Telephone Banking - The automated Telephone Banking system will be unavailable starting on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 6:00PM and will resume Monday, November 11, 2024.
  • Online & Mobile Banking - Digital Banking access via web browser and the Taylor Bank mobile app will be unavailable starting on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 6:00PM and will resume Monday, November 11, 2024.
  • Bill Pay - Bill Pay access will be unavailable starting on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 6:00PM and will resume Monday, November 11, 2024. Bill payments, loan payments, and transfers previously scheduled to occur during the upgrade dates will post as scheduled.
Branch Closure
To facilitate a smooth transition to our new core banking system, our branches will be closed on Saturday, November 9. Additionally, in observance of Veterans Day, Taylor Bank will not be open on Monday, November 11. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, November 12. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


We have made detailed preparations over the last several months in order to prepare for our customers to experience a smooth upgrade with minimal interruptions over the weekend of November 7th to11th. Our goal is for our customers to experience as little inconvenience as possible as we upgrade from our old processing system to the new system.
