Core System Upgrade

We're upgrading our core system in November to better serve you with the latest banking technology. This upgrade will allow us to deliver best-in-class security, convenience and efficiency.

What You Need to Know

While most of the changes will happen behind the scenes and will require little to no action from you, there will be some brief disruptions in service November 7-11, 2024. Here’s what you need to know regarding this upgrade:

Available During Upgrade

Not Available During Upgrade

These Digital Banking2 services will be temporarily unavailable starting Thursday, November 7, at 6:00pm, and will resume Monday, November 11:
  • Online Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • Telephone Banking
  • Bill Pay

















































Service Availability Details & FAQs

  • From the close of business on Thursday, November 7, 2024, until Monday, November 11, 2024, debit cardholders can withdraw cash and use their cards as usual, within the daily limit. 
  • There will be no changes to debit card numbers or PINs during this upgrade.
  • No new or replacement debit cards can be issued on Friday, November 8, 2024.
Customers will not be able to access digital banking via browser or the app during the upgrade, beginning at 6:00pm on November 7th. Account balances will not update during this time. Once the system upgrade is complete, account balances will update accordingly; deposits will be recorded prior to any withdrawals that are posted to your account during this disruption timeframe. Digital banking is estimated to resume service no later than midday, Monday, November 11.
All locations will be closed on Saturday, November 9. Additionally, in observance of Veterans Day, Taylor Bank will not be open on Monday, November 11. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, November 12. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Previously scheduled transfers, loan payments and bill payments will process as scheduled.

Two (2) statements will be generated in November. The first statement will be generated on November 7, 2024, and, if applicable, accrued interest will be paid. The second statement will be generated based on a predetermined schedule. Your statements will be formatted differently going forward but contain all the same information.

Q: What is a core upgrade?
A: Our core system is the software that manages Taylor Bank's banking technology. It enables us to open accounts, maintain transaction records, service loans and more.
 
Q: Why is Taylor Bank upgrading its core system?
A: As we continue to grow, we need to upgrade our system to better serve our customers with the latest products and services.

Q: Will my account number(s) change?
A: No, your account number(s) will stay the same.

Q: Will my card information change?
A: No, all debit cards and PINs will stay the same.

Q: WilI I still be able to use my checks?
A: Yes, you'll be able to use your checks during and post-conversion.
 
Q: What is changing?
A: Account alerts that were set up in your Digital Banking account will not carry over after the upgrade. You will need to re-establish your alerts on or after November 11, 2024.
